I spend significant time preparing these using five specific colors (Pancha Varna) to ensure the energy is focused correctly for your remedy. When you see this setup, you are looking at a space that has been carefully consecrated to help pacify the planetary afflictions mentioned in your horoscope. The Ashlesha Bali ritual is a specialized Vedic procedure aimed at addressing Sarpa Dosha—a planetary affliction that can manifest as obstacles in your personal or professional life. When I perform this remedy, my focus is entirely on the precision of the ritual steps, ensuring every mantra is chanted with intent. The core of the ceremony involves the creation of a Naga mandala. This is not just decorative art; it is a sacred geometric representation. According to traditional guidelines, this mandala must be drawn using specific 'Pancha Varna' (five colors) to correctly invoke and channel the energies required for the remedy. I dedicate specific time to this process, ensuring the serpent knot designs are accurate and complete. During the ceremony, we perform Nagaradhana, often involving milk abhishekam, and conclude with the Poornahuthi fire offering. The fire acts as the bridge, carrying the prayers and offerings to the divine. Whether you are in Bengaluru or seeking a ceremony at a specific venue, my team and I arrive prepared with all required samagri—including the specific silver or flour idols, wood, ghee, and pulses—to ensure the procedure is authentic. My goal is to provide a ritual space that is both spiritually sound and emotionally reassuring. You do not need to worry about the materials or the sequence; I manage the entire setup so you can focus on the prayer. If you have concerns about your horoscope or specific doshas, I am available to discuss the appropriate remedial path for you and your family. ## About Phaneendra Acharya I am Phaneendra Acharya, a purohith who believes that ritual is a form of art.
