It isn't just a business; it is our solution to the everyday chaos of city pet parenting—whether it is fighting traffic to reach a vet or finding a groomer who actually handles pets with care. We treat your pets like our own because, honestly, they are family. It all started when I, Sangam, looked at my six dogs and realized the struggle was real. Trying to get them to the vet or finding a decent groomer in Bangalore traffic was a nightmare. I was 18, frustrated, and had an idea: why not bring the care to the doorstep? That is how the Pettella concept was born. Our core philosophy is simple: we are pet parents serving other pet parents. We do not just provide services; we provide peace of mind. We know the anxiety of leaving your dog in a crowded taxi or the stress of waiting in a clinic lobby. That is why our mobile grooming van comes to you and our pet taxi service keeps your fur baby private and safe, with no other pets on board. Our team is a mix of passionate pet lovers, from groomers who can handle the most restless pups to drivers who know that smooth braking is the difference between a happy ride and a stressed one. We operate across Namma Bengaluru, making sure no pet parent has to choose between their busy schedule and their pet's health. Whether it is a routine nail clip, a muddy monsoon bath, or a quick cab drop, we are just a message away. ## About Pettella We are a team of pet-obsessed folks, led by our founder Sangam, who balances running a startup with being a dog mom to six. We do not believe in corporate formalities—we just believe in making life easier for you and your pets. We have been in your shoes, and we know exactly what your furry family needs.
