## About Portraits of Our Happy Guests

Getting a great photo of a dog or cat can be tricky, but here, it is just part of our daily routine. Because we keep the atmosphere stress-free and focus on natural socialization rather than strict kennel discipline, our guests are relaxed enough to let their true personalities shine. Whether you see a pup chasing a ball or a cat lounging in our Kitty Kabins, you are seeing them exactly as they are when they feel safe, loved, and at home.

People often ask us how we keep our guests so happy during their stay. It is not about perfect lighting or a professional studio setup. It is entirely about the environment. Our facility in Rustam Bagh is designed to look and feel less like a kennel and more like a second home. We prioritize space for zoomies, shady spots for afternoon naps, and, most importantly, constant human interaction.

When you scroll through these portraits, you are not just looking at cute pictures. You are seeing the results of our cage-free, communal philosophy. From the Golden Retrievers wrestling on our natural red soil grounds to the quiet contentment of a cat in our dedicated Kitty Kabins, these images represent the peace of mind we offer to pet parents in Bengaluru.

We understand that trusting someone with your pet is a big decision. That is why we are transparent about everything—from our strict vaccination requirements and daily routine to how we handle festival days with pet-safe colours. We are not just a boarding facility; we are a community of animal lovers. If you see a smile in these photos, know that it was captured during a real play session, a scheduled daycare visit, or an overnight stay. We invite you to reach out, chat with us about your pet's needs, and see if our little 'madhouse' is the right fit for your baby.

## About PetStepin

We are a team of animal lovers who believe that if a tail is wagging, we are doing something right. Our facility is a labour of love where we swap fancy, sterile cages for plenty of cuddles, belly rubs, and a whole lot of playtime. When your pet stays with us, they are not just another booking; they are part of our family until they head back home.
