We spend the first 15 to 20 minutes letting them sniff around and get comfortable with our salon environment in Rajajinagar. This acclimatization period is non-negotiable because a calm, relaxed puppy makes for a safer, better groom, and it sets the tone for all future visits. For many pet parents, the first grooming session feels like a big step. Will my puppy be scared? Will they sit still? These are the questions we hear constantly at Pets Forever, and our goal is to show that a first-time groom can be entirely stress-free. We focus on desensitization. Our process starts with cuddles and playtime, not scissors. We use soft, tear-free shampoos and a deep conditioner to ensure the bath is gentle on their sensitive skin. For the blow-dry, we use variable-speed settings, keeping the noise level low so your puppy does not get startled. By documenting these first sessions through video, we want you to see the reality of our work. You can watch how we handle the grooming, from nail clipping to ear cleaning, and more importantly, how the puppies react. Seeing a nervous puppy become relaxed and happy after a session is the best proof of our approach. We believe in transparency—what you see in these videos is exactly what happens when you leave your pet in our care. If you have a Shih Tzu, a Golden Retriever, or a young pup of any breed, we are here to walk you through the options, including puppy cuts or summer trims, that will suit their coat and your lifestyle. We invite you to read the testimonials from other pet parents in Rajajinagar and see why they chose us for their puppy's first grooming milestone. ## About Pets Forever I am Appu Venkatesh, and at Pets Forever, I believe grooming is about trust, not just the haircut. We take the time to understand your puppy's personality so they feel safe, secure, and ready for their pampering session.
