Our goal is to make sure they leave with a wagging tail rather than stress, which is why we handle shy or anxious pets with extra patience and slow, gentle techniques. Grooming is about so much more than just a haircut. It is a vital part of your pet's overall health and hygiene. Regular grooming sessions allow us to check for hidden ticks, skin irritations, or matting that can cause discomfort if left untreated. When you visit our Gurgaon store, you are not just walking into a salon; you are stepping into a space where we treat your pet like our own. ### Why grooming matters for your pet * **Stress reduction:** Routine care makes the process familiar and less scary for your dog or cat. * **Early detection:** We can spot lumps, skin conditions, or ear infections early when we are up close and personal during a wash. * **Comfort:** Proper nail trimming and ear cleaning prevent infections and joint pain caused by overgrown nails. We often get asked by parents how to make baths easier at home. Our best advice is to start early and keep it short. If your pet is finding it difficult, bring them to us. We have the right shampoos, quiet dryers, and calming methods to turn a dreaded bath day into a spa day. While you wait, you can browse our shelves for high-quality kibble, dental treats, or that winter sweater you have been looking for. We believe in being honest about what your pet needs, so feel free to ask us about diet myths or seasonal care tips while you are here. ## About Pet O Spa We are a bunch of pet lovers who believe animals deserve all the kindness in the world.
