This ensures the geometric patterns align perfectly with your building’s elevation and the desired light-and-shadow effect, eliminating any guesswork before installation. Our approach to architectural facades goes beyond simple aesthetics. We focus on creating functional skins for your home that solve real-world problems like harsh sunlight, lack of ventilation, and privacy concerns in dense urban areas like Bangalore. ### Material Selection We work primarily with two distinct styles: * **CNC Laser-Cut Metal:** Utilizing 1.5mm to 3mm thick Mild Steel sheets, we create intricate geometric, floral, or custom logos. These are powder-coated or PU-painted to withstand Bangalore’s weather without rusting. * **Terracotta Jali Bricks:** For a warmer, traditional look, we frame terracotta blocks within a rigid MS grid. These offer excellent thermal properties, naturally cooling the air as it passes through the screen. ### Durability and Installation Every facade project is framed with heavy-duty 1.5-inch MS square tubes to prevent warping over time. We do not just bolt panels to your wall; we fabricate supporting sub-structures that create a clean, floating appearance while ensuring the screen is securely anchored to the building slab. Whether you need a full-building facade or a specific privacy divider for a terrace or balcony, our team manages the entire process from structural planning to final mounting. ## About Pergola Masters We are Pergola Masters, dedicated to elevating exteriors through precise fabrication. We believe that your home’s facade should make a statement, which is why we blend industrial-grade MS steel with aesthetic patterns to create structures that last.
