You will explore 11 full-size pergola models, including glass roofs, Mangalore tiles, and shingle designs. This allows you to walk through the structures, test the shade quality, and check the build finish for yourself before we finalize any plans for your site. Choosing a structure for your terrace often involves visualizing something that does not exist yet. We built this experience centre in Banaswadi to remove that guesswork. By testing the structures in person, you can see how light filters through different types of glass, feel the temperature difference under a Mangalore tile roof, and compare the aesthetics of various privacy screens like jali bricks and CNC panels. Our team is on-site to walk you through the structural integrity of every model. We show you exactly how we handle rain drainage with concealed gutters, how our UPVC sliding systems create a weather-tight seal, and why our 14-gauge mild steel frames are built to last for decades. We also keep samples of our flooring options, such as artificial grass and WPC decking, so you can decide what suits your lifestyle. Whether you are planning a commercial hotel rooftop or a private residential backyard, you can bring your building plans along. Our designers and fabricators will sit with you to discuss the layout, explain the cost breakdowns, and help you choose a design that balances aesthetics with your budget. We provide end-to-end management, from the initial site visit to the final installation. Our goal is to ensure you know exactly what you are paying for, with no surprises or hidden costs. ## About Pergola Design We are a team of structural fabricators and designers who built this centre because we know that plans on a screen rarely capture the reality of your space. We invite you to sit under our pergolas, test the finish, and see how our structures stand up to Bangalore weather before we start work on your home.
