We operate on a fixed-price model with daily WhatsApp photo updates, ensuring you see exactly how the structure is being built, from the welding of the high-gauge steel frame to the final surface finish, without having to hover over the site yourself. ### Why Our Clients Choose Us Fabricating a pergola, gazebo, or carport is a significant investment in your home. Our clients consistently highlight three core pillars in their feedback: transparency, material quality, and structural longevity. We believe in providing an honest look at our process so you can decide with confidence. ### The Quality Difference Our association with the JD School of Design allows us to bridge the gap between heavy-duty engineering and modern aesthetics. Clients often note that while other fabricators might offer cheaper quotes, they frequently compromise on the gauge of the metal or the quality of the protective coatings. Our structures are built using: - **Heavy-gauge Mild Steel:** Calculated to bear the weight of glass or tiles. - **Industrial-grade finishes:** Anti-rust epoxy primers and weather-resistant PU/Duco paints. - **Precision Installation:** Every pillar and rafter is anchored to ensure stability against high winds. ### What You Can Expect When you review our client projects—ranging from Mangalore tile gazebos to sleek glass enclosures—you will notice a recurring theme: zero last-minute changes. We conduct a free site visit to map out your space, provide a 3D design for approval, and lock in the price before a single piece of metal is cut. This removes the uncertainty that plagues most renovation projects. We invite you to our Banaswadi experience centre to touch the materials yourself, see the weld quality, and meet our team. We are not just fabricators; we are partners in transforming your unused rooftop or garden into a private resort that comes with a 35-plus year material lifetime guarantee on the metal framework. ## About Pergola Design We are a team of fabrication specialists based in Banaswadi, working since 2013 to make outdoor spaces actually usable. We pair structural engineering with design aesthetics to ensure your terrace or backyard doesn't just look good, but stays rock solid for decades.
