Whether it is factory-manufacturing custom beds for a specific site or merging two residential units for a client, we document our on-site milestones so you know exactly what is happening at every stage of your project. ### From Render to Reality Our process is built on transparency. We believe you should see your space evolve, not just imagine it. We start with detailed 3D renders that map out every feature, from false ceiling coves to modular kitchen layouts. Once the design is approved, our team at the Okhla factory begins the custom manufacturing process, ensuring that every wardrobe, TV unit, or piece of furniture fits your space perfectly. ### Why Our Process Works * **Factory Precision:** By manufacturing furniture in-house, we control quality and timelines. * **On-Site Supervision:** Our team actively manages site execution, handling demolition, electrical rewiring, and installation, so you do not have to deal with multiple vendors. * **Custom Solutions:** Whether you need to merge two builder floors in South Delhi or require specialized storage in a compact apartment, we adapt our methods to fit the structural reality of your home. ### Recognition and Commitment We were honored to receive the National Architecture and Interior Design Award 2024 for our work in premium residential spaces, alongside the title of Trendsetter Architect and Designer of the Year 2024. This recognition motivates us to push further, but for us, the real validation is the completed home that our clients live in every day. We are currently taking on projects across Delhi NCR and are ready to bring our design philosophy to your next renovation. ## About PenDraft I am Amanjyot and this is Niharika, the faces behind PenDraft.
