When you work with us, you aren't just hiring a lead architect; you are gaining a dedicated design team that stays involved from the initial 3D visualization phase to the final on-site installation. We ensure that the technical precision we bring to our luxury residential floors and commercial facades remains consistent throughout the entire execution process. Led by principal architects Amanjyot Singh and Niharika Malhotra, PenDraft is built on the belief that every project is a group adventure. Our recent recognition as the Excellent & Futuristic Architecture & Interior Design Firm of the Year 2024 for North India is a reflection of this team culture. We don't just design; we obsess over the details that matter in the harsh climate of Delhi NCR, from structural integrity to material selection for commercial showrooms and premium builder floors. Our process bridges the gap between digital concepts and physical reality. We utilize advanced 3D rendering to show you exactly how a facade or an interior space will look before a single brick is laid. This clarity removes guesswork, allowing us to focus on what truly defines a space: its functionality, its aesthetic balance, and its longevity. Whether we are planning a complex Neo-Classical elevation or a modern office space, our team remains on-site to guide the fabrication. This hands-on commitment to quality is what we believe sets our work apart and brings our vision of modern design to life. ## About PenDraft We are Amanjyot and Niharika, the lead architects at PenDraft.
