It reflects our commitment to bringing 3D design concepts to life accurately, ensuring that what you see in the initial planning phase is exactly what you get upon completion. Our firm was recently honored with the National Architecture & Interior Design Awards 2024 in the category of Premium Residential Projects and Outstanding Consultancy. We received the title of Excellent & Futuristic Architecture & Interior Design Firm of the Year 2024 for North India. Beyond firm-wide accolades, our principal architects, Amanjyot Singh and Niharika Malhotra, were recognized as part of the 40 Under 40 Elite & Trendsetter Architect & Designer of the Year 2024. These honors validate our standard process: we handle everything from initial sketches to the final handover, ensuring no gaps between design and reality. Whether we are planning a corporate office or a luxury home, our focus remains on creating functional, high-quality spaces that stand up to daily use. We continue to operate across Delhi NCR, bringing the same rigorous quality control to every project we take on. ## About PenDraft We are Amanjyot and Niharika, the founders of PenDraft. While we lead the team, our success comes from the collaborative energy of our entire group in Okhla. Together, we manage projects across North India, making sure every site receives our full attention and professional oversight.
