We dedicate serious time to conditioning—using agility ladders, cones, and footwork drills on our painted tracks—to build the speed and stance required before you ever engage in a real bout. At Pegasus Royal Fencing Club, we believe that greatness is not in doing a thousand things, but in doing one thing a thousand times. Sara khel practice ka hai. Whether you are walking into our Pitampura or Prahladpur Bangar centers for the first time or prepping for nationals, the routine remains the same: discipline, speed, and mental toughness. ### The Training Process We don't just hand you a sword. Beginners start with non-electric practice weapons, focusing on blade mechanics, parries, and mastering right-of-way rules. As you advance into our competitive programs, the intensity shifts to electric bouting with full scoring machines, reels, and body wires. We run scenario-based tactical sessions to test your decision-making under the pressure of a real match. ### Conditioning for Fencers Fencing is a full-body sport. Our archives show the reality of our training—it is about endurance, core strength, and agility. We utilize ladders, hurdles, and medicine balls to ensure your legs and core are ready for the lunges and recoveries that define a match. It is tough work, but that is the only way to build a champion. ### The Club Vibe While we take our medals seriously, we also keep the atmosphere light. We are a family, and we balance the hard work with Game Days involving football and handball, plus celebrations like Diwali. It is this mix of discipline and masti that helps our fencers stay motivated for the long haul. ## About Pegasus Royal Fencing Club I live for one selfish reason: that when my student becomes famous, their life story has a line about me.
