When you see our cadets on the podium at events like the Junior Nationals or SGFI, it is the result of daily double sessions, scientific strength conditioning, and a 'family' atmosphere that keeps them pushing even when the training gets tough. Success in the ring is never an accident. For our rising stars, the process begins in the dojang at SportsCube in Gurugram, where we prioritize 'mehnat' above all else. ### The Path to the Podium We structure our junior program to simulate the pressures of international competition. Our cadets and juniors participate in: * **Advanced Sparring & PSS Mechanics:** We prepare athletes for the reality of modern electronic scoring systems (PSS), ensuring they understand the timing and accuracy required for Olympic-style point fighting. * **Scientific Conditioning:** It is not just about kicks. Our athletes undergo dedicated strength and conditioning sessions—plyometrics, agility drills, and core endurance—to ensure they can sustain intensity across multiple tournament rounds. * **Mentorship:** Our junior athletes regularly train alongside our senior, nationally ranked fighters. This immersion allows them to learn tactical game planning and resilience from those who have already competed at the World Championships and Asian Games. ### Why Our Approach Works We believe that 'sabka time aata hai' (everyone's time comes), but only if you put in the work. Our holistic approach includes: * **Weight Management:** Proper guidance on nutrition so athletes perform at their peak without compromising their health during weight-cutting phases. * **Mental Toughness:** We coach athletes to manage competition anxiety, ensuring they stay calm and focused on the mat. Whether you are aiming for your first District-level medal or targeting a spot on the national team, the environment here is designed to turn your potential into tangible results. We are building a legacy, one fight at a time, for our desh (country). ## About Peace Taekwondo Academy We aren't just a coaching centre; we are a house of champions. Our coaches have mentored medalists from SAI to Team India, and we approach every cadet athlete’s journey as a deep commitment to national glory. If you are hungry for the podium and ready to grind, you will fit right into our family.
