We focus on mastering the Protector and Scoring System (PSS) mechanics while adapting techniques to individual physiological strengths. Whether you are aiming for national championships or international podiums, we provide the scientific conditioning and mental resilience coaching necessary to perform under pressure. ### Training for the Podium In our Gurugram dojang, we believe that limitations are just hurdles waiting to be cleared. Our para-taekwondo program is designed specifically for athletes who refuse to compromise on their ambitions. We don't coach to participate; we coach to win. ### The Technical Edge - **PSS Mechanics:** We train using the official World Taekwondo Protector and Scoring System. Understanding the sensors, impact zones, and timing is non-negotiable for competitive success. - **Scientific Conditioning:** Our Strength and Conditioning (S&C) sessions are customized. We work on explosive power, agility, and core endurance, ensuring your body can handle the intensity of international bouts. - **Tactical Analysis:** Every fight is recorded and broken down. We look at your footwork, your reaction times, and your strategy, ensuring constant improvement before your next match. ### More Than Just a Gym Training here is intense. You will find yourself sparring alongside world-ranked athletes like Mohit Singh Shekhawat. This isn't a place for casual fitness; it is a high-performance environment. You will be pushed, you will be challenged, and you will be supported by a team that considers every athlete family. We provide everything from administrative support for tournament registrations to nutrition guidance for weight management. If you are ready to commit, we are ready to guide you to the national and international stage. ## About Peace Taekwondo Academy We believe in the power of 'samarpan' (dedication). Our academy isn't just a hall; it's where we sweat, struggle, and grow together, specifically guiding para-athletes to dominate at international rankings.
