Our training goes beyond basic kicks—we focus on PSS scoring mechanics, tactical game planning, and heavy strength and conditioning. Whether you are cutting weight for a G2 event or starting your competitive journey, our schedule is designed for athletes who treat this as a profession, not a hobby. Our academy is built on a simple premise: Indian Taekwondo deserves to be on the Olympic podium. Since 2014, we have focused on building athletes who dominate at national and international levels. ### Elite Competitive Coaching We work with serious competitors aiming for Asian Games, World Championships, and Olympic qualification. Our training is 6 days a week, with double sessions focusing on Olympic sparring (WT rules). We use data-backed methods, including RAMP warm-ups and video analysis, to sharpen your strategy. ### Beyond the Mat Success is more than just fighting. We prioritize athlete nutrition, mental toughness, and weight management. Parents trust us because we treat every student as part of our family, ensuring they have the holistic support needed to excel under pressure. You aren't just learning to fight; you are learning to sustain the discipline required to win. ### Residential Programs For out-of-station athletes, our high-performance residential program in Sector 70 offers a complete ecosystem: shared accommodation, three nutritious athletic meals, and 24/7 supervision. It is an immersive environment where you live and breathe Taekwondo alongside other medalists. Whether you are a beginner looking for disciplined guidance or a ranked athlete refining your edge, our doors are open. Train with the coaches who mentored the country's best, and join a community where 'sabka time aata hai'. ## About Peace Taekwondo Academy We are Peace Taekwondo Academy, and we live to see the Indian flag rise on the global podium.
