We focus on building rhythm and confidence by using the PBI global coaching framework, which includes progressive, age-appropriate balls and scaled equipment. This ensures that even complete beginners can start rallying and enjoying the game within their first few sessions, rather than spending hours just chasing balls. At PBI Tennis Academy, we believe summer is the ideal season to build muscle memory and a genuine passion for the sport. Our camps are designed for rapid development, whether you are a junior picking up a racket for the first time or an adult looking to refine your stroke mechanics. ### What to Expect During Our Camps * **Technical Progression:** For our juniors, we use Red and Orange progression balls. This lowers the net height and slows ball speed, allowing young players to develop proper swing mechanics without the frustration of constant misses. * **Athletic Conditioning:** Tennis is a full-body sport. Our sessions integrate athletic drills—using ladders, hurdles, and cones—to improve footwork, balance, and coordination, which are essential for long-term progress. * **Match Play Experience:** We round off our programs with internal mini-tournaments. These events introduce the pressure of competition in a controlled, supportive setting, helping students learn how to handle wins and losses with the right attitude. * **All-Weather Reliability:** Located at the Padukone Dravid Centre, our camps operate on covered, floodlit hard courts. You will not lose a single day of training to Bangalore's unpredictable summer rain.
