By using the Red Ball approach—which uses softer, slower balls and smaller court boundaries—we ensure that kids aren't overwhelmed by the physical demands of a full-sized court. This method allows young players to develop rhythm, ball control, and footwork naturally, rather than struggling to hit over a net that feels too high. ### Year-Round Training In Bangalore, rain often means missed classes.
