Our courts are high-roofed and flat-surfaced, which allows for consistent chair movement without worrying about rain or debris. Our coaches specialize in adapting the standard stroke mechanics to your specific chair positioning, ensuring you build power and accuracy exactly where you are. ### Adaptive Coaching Approach Our approach to adaptive tennis coaching in Bangalore is centered on the same principles we apply to all our students: grit, technique, and proper mechanics. We understand that wheelchair tennis requires a different focus on court coverage, and our training drills are modified to help you master chair control and racket work simultaneously. ### Why Choose Our Program? * **Integrated Training:** We believe in the power of community. You will often find our wheelchair athletes training alongside other students, fostering a supportive environment that pushes everyone to play better. * **All-Weather Facilities:** Bangalore weather can be unpredictable. Our covered courts mean your training schedule remains consistent regardless of the monsoon or heat, giving you the reliability needed to improve your game. * **Customized Drills:** We use specific adaptive tennis drills that improve your court coverage and reactive speed. Our coaches provide real-time feedback on your grip and serve to ensure you are developing a game that is technically sound. ### Frequently Asked Questions **Do I need my own sports wheelchair?** We encourage you to bring your own equipment as it is calibrated to your comfort, but we are happy to guide you on finding the right gear if you are just starting out. **Is this program suitable for beginners?** Absolutely. We tailor our coaching to your current skill level, whether you have never held a racket or are looking to compete in local AITA tournaments. **How are the sessions structured?** We offer both one-on-one intensive sessions for stroke correction and group clinics for match play. Reach out to us, and we can help you choose the path that fits your goals. ## About PBI Tennis Academy At PBI, we believe tennis is a language everyone should speak.
