Every player you see here—from Musheer Khan to Parag Khanapurkar—started exactly where you are, putting in hours at our Kandivali nets. We don't just teach cricket, we prepare you for the pressure of selection trials and the technical demands of professional leagues. If you are looking to take your game from the club level to the professional circuit, understand that this journey requires more than raw talent; it demands the right mentorship and a willingness to grind through the toughest sessions. Success in cricket isn't an accident. It is a result of consistent coaching, exposure to the right level of competition, and a deep understanding of the game. At Payyade Sports Club, our pathway is designed to bridge the gap between local talent and professional representation. ### The Road to the Pro Stage We focus on a clear progression for our students: * **Foundational Development:** We start with technical basics at our Kandivali and Borivali grounds, ensuring every player has a strong foundation before moving up. * **Competitive Exposure:** Players participate in our internal leagues and the Payyade Trophy, which acts as an official MCA Selection Tournament. This is where you learn to play under pressure. * **Professional Pathway:** Our affiliation with top-tier club cricket circuits like the Kanga League and the President Cup allows our students to face elite bowling and batting lineups. ### Why Our Approach Works We operate with a 'guru-shishya' philosophy. Coaches are not just instructors; they are mentors who track your career stats, guide your psychological approach, and help you handle the inevitable sacrifices that come with pursuing professional cricket. Whether you are aiming for the U-16 Mumbai team or eyeing a spot in the T20 Mumbai League, we provide the infrastructure—from 4-piece leather ball training on turf wickets to digital profile maintenance—to make sure you are ready when the scouts arrive. If you are ready to stop playing just for fun and start playing for a career, come meet our team. We do not promise miracles, but we do promise a system that works if you put in the work. ## About Payyade Sports Club We aren't just coaches; we are here to walk this journey with you. Whether you are a little champ starting out or a serious player eyeing the MCA selection, we treat you like family. We have seen our boys go from our nets to the national stage, and we know exactly what it takes to get you there.
