It is about having the technical discipline that selectors look for during U-14, U-16, and U-19 trials. We run specific preparation modules at our Kandivali and Borivali centers to ensure our players are mentally and physically ready to handle the pressure when the selectors are watching. Success in MCA trials is not accidental. It is the result of thousands of hours spent on red-soil turf and consistent match-simulation drills. As an official MCA selection center, we understand exactly what the panels are looking for in terms of technique, fitness, and game awareness. Our training approach bridges the gap between local maidan cricket and competitive league standards. We focus on the basics: grip, stance, and bowling accuracy, while layering in advanced tactical discussions that prepare our boys and girls for the high-intensity environment of MCA camps. When our students walk onto the field for trials, they carry the experience of having faced rigorous nets and internal competitive pressure. Whether you are a young girl aiming for the U-15 team or a teenager fighting for a spot in the U-19 squad, the pathway is the same. It is a commitment to the process. We pride ourselves on the consistency of our selections across the years, showcasing the growth of our players from beginners to state-level contenders. If you are serious about wearing the Mumbai cap, we provide the environment, the coaching, and the exposure to make that dream a reality. We train hard, stay humble, and let the results speak for themselves. ## About Payyade Sports Club We don’t just teach cricket; we build the next generation of Mumbai’s cricketers.
