Whether you are fine-tuning your grip or working on your stance, our coaches focus on the small details that change your game. Expect to work hard during your two-hour sessions, but know that these drills are what build the muscle memory you will need on match day. At Payyade, we believe that cricket is a community, not just a sport. Our coaching methodology is rooted in the traditional guru-shishya system, where students receive hands-on guidance from mentors who have seen players like Sarfaraz Khan develop from local maidans to the international stage. ### Our Training Approach We focus on the complete cricketer. Our sessions cover: * **Technique:** Specific stance correction, grip adjustment, and spot bowling drills to ensure fundamentals are sound. * **Physical Conditioning:** Agility drills, cone work, and endurance running to build the stamina required for long matches. * **Match Simulation:** We utilize our Kandivali and Borivali grounds for open-wicket scenarios, helping players handle the mental pressure of a real game. ### Why Choose Our Academy We are an official MCA selection center. This provides our students with a clear pathway to participate in official MCA summer camps and U-14, U-16, and U-19 selection trials. We do not just teach you how to hit a ball; we provide the competitive exposure you need through tournaments like the Payyade Premier League (PPL). ### Year-Round Consistency Cricket requires continuity. Our year-round schedule includes: * **Regular Academy:** 4 days a week of red-soil training. * **Summer Camps:** Intensive, high-frequency training during the off-season. * **Monsoon Indoor Nets:** We move to indoor facilities during the rains to ensure your reflex and hand-eye coordination training does not pause. Whether you are a beginner or looking to break into the state team, our batches are designed to keep you match-ready. ## About Payyade Sports Club We are not just coaches, we are mentors who have seen players like Sarfaraz Khan start right here on our grounds. We treat every student like family, pushing you to sacrifice, train, and love the game as much as we do. If you have the passion, we have the path.
