We do not just cover these up; we integrate them into the design using custom screens or strategic greenery, reclaiming your floor space so you actually want to step outside and sip your evening chai. ### How We Work Most homeowners look at their balcony and see a storage dump. We look at it and see a potential lounge. Our process starts with a 3D visualization so you know exactly how the light will hit your new space before we lay a single tile. ### Why Our Designs Last We design for the harsh Delhi NCR weather. Whether it is the scorching heat of May or the damp monsoon, we select materials that don't warp or fade. We prioritize low-maintenance WPC decking, artificial grass that drains well, and FRP planters that handle the sun without cracking. ### Customizing Your Corner - **For small balconies:** We focus on vertical space, using wall-mounted planters and foldable furniture to ensure you have room to move. - **For large terraces:** We introduce structural elements like pergolas, water features, and zoned lighting to create defined areas for dining, lounging, or relaxing. We handle everything from the initial site measurement to the final lighting install. You get a finished, ready-to-use space without having to manage vendors or chase labor updates. Whether you want a zen corner with a Buddha feature or a high-energy deck for hosting friends, we build it to match your vibe. ## About Paudha We are Paudha, a team of design enthusiasts who believe every apartment in the city needs a corner for peace. We handle the dirty work of site measurements and layout planning so you get a finished, ready-to-use space without the stress.
