To keep it stable, I use professional grade internal dowels and support boards for every creation from two to five tiers. This ensures your cake stays perfectly upright, whether you choose a light whipped cream finish or a structured fondant design, so you can focus on the party without worrying about the cake. When you decide on a tiered cake, we start with a design consultation to match your event theme. For a multi-tiered piece, I focus on structural integrity using internal dowels. This allows me to stack anywhere from two to five layers securely. ### Design Flexibility Whether you want a fairytale castle design or a sophisticated Moroccan-themed wedding cake, I tailor the finish to your vision. You can opt for sharp-edge ganache, smooth fondant, or textured whipped cream. If you have different favourite flavours, I can bake each tier with a distinct profile like Dutch Truffle or Rasmalai Fusion to keep guests guessing. ### Delivering Grand Creations Since I bake from my kitchen in Doddanekundi, delivering and assembling these grand pieces across Bengaluru requires careful planning. I handle the logistics, ensuring the cake arrives structurally sound and ready for your big moment. If you have a specific vision, let us talk about the details so we can bring your dream cake to life. ## About Pastrico I am Priyanka, the hands behind Pastrico.
