I focus on lighting and placement, using LED tea-lights and shimmer walls that actually glow in your photos, not just look bright in person. If you pick the private room setup, I make sure the floor coverage feels complete so you walk into a space that feels entirely yours, not just a few balloons stuck to the wall. I handle the setup so you can focus on the surprise itself. For anniversaries, I usually recommend the 'Better Together' neon sign with a shimmer wall backdrop. It captures light perfectly, which means you get those Instagram-ready shots without needing a professional camera crew. ### The Setup Process * **Room Makeovers:** For the couple's room setup, I don't just dump balloons. I arrange 80-120 balloons on the floor and use ceiling ribbons to create a cozy, enclosed feel. It changes the whole energy of a standard room. * **Shimmer Walls:** These 6x8ft walls are the main attraction. Whether you pick gold, silver, or blue, they reflect the LED mood lighting, creating a warm, intimate ambiance. * **Custom Details:** I use lightbox signs to write your names or a specific date. It adds a personal touch that generic decor stores miss. I travel to venues within a 10km radius of Vidya Nagar. If you are planning a surprise at home or renting one of my private spaces, let me know the location in advance. I bring all props—the teddy bears, the cake stands, and the marquee numbers—so you do not have to buy anything. ## About Party Planet Hey, I am Prajwal. I started Party Planet here in Hubli because I believe you do not need a massive hall to make someone feel special. I handle the decor personally, so if you want a specific neon sign or a certain color combo to surprise your partner, just tell me.
