They are intensive, hands-on workshops built for dancers with a solid foundation who want to get into the weeds of Nritta and Abhinaya, so come ready to work hard and arrive 15 minutes before we start. ### My Approach to Intensive Training I believe in the power of the daily grind. When I travel for these workshops, I am not interested in surface-level teaching. Whether we are in Mumbai, Hyderabad, or Thiruvananthapuram, the goal is always to move the needle on your technical capability. ### What You Can Expect - **Deep Dives:** We focus on a composition, breaking down both the rhythmic complexity of Nritta and the emotional depth required for Abhinaya. - **No Shortcuts:** We start on time. I value tenacity more than raw talent, so be prepared to put in the hours. - **Technical Rigour:** I often co-teach with Adithya PV to ensure you get varied perspectives and high-quality feedback. - **Actionable Takeaways:** You leave with a clear understanding of the technique, and in many cases, a high-quality audio recording of the composition to continue your practice at home. ### Who Should Join These workshops are designed for those with at least 6 to 8 years of dedicated practice. If you are a serious student or a performer looking to refine your repertoire or get unstuck in your progress, this environment is for you. We keep the batches intimate to ensure I can actually look at your form and provide specific corrections rather than just demonstrating from a distance. ## About Parshwanath Upadhye I am Parshwanath Upadhye, and I don't do shortcuts. In these workshops, I bring the same rigour and joy to the studio that I bring to my own performances, focusing on the grit and technique that really move the needle.
