Our standard Haldi setups include interactive props like decorated rickshaws or bicycles that act as natural icebreakers, giving your guests a reason to gather around and snap photos rather than just sitting in rows. It is about creating a space where people naturally interact while we handle the heavy lifting of the drapes and floral volume. ### Your Ritual, Your Style Your Haldi and Mehendi ceremonies are where the wedding festivities truly kick off. At Parshwa Events, we move away from standard, monotonous layouts. Whether you are hosting an intimate garden function in Pune or a destination event across India, we tailor the setup to match the energy of your family. ### What Goes Into Our Setups We build our Haldi and Mehendi packages around a 10x10ft backdrop framework, which provides a solid focal point without overwhelming smaller venues. We use: * **Fabric & Florals:** We mix high-density drapes in hot pinks, yellows, and oranges with hanging strings of marigolds and wisteria to create depth. * **Seating:** Our signature fiber Lotus seating or traditional Jhulas are designed for comfort, ensuring you look great in every candid shot. * **The 'Carnival' Vibe:** If you want something different, we lean into our carnival-themed designs. These include bright, pop-art style props, custom acrylic signage, and quirky photo zones that encourage guests to get up and participate. ### Practical Planning We know these events are often fast-paced. We use modular, carpeted stage flooring (12ft x 12ft) that sets up quickly and defines the area, even in open outdoor spaces. Everything is designed to be photogenic from every angle, so you do not have to worry about the background cluttering your frames. We handle the setup from start to finish, including the entrance arches and guest seating, so your only job is to enjoy the turmeric and color. ## About Parshwa Events We are Parshwa Events, and honestly, we just love a good celebration. We mix heritage colors with a fresh, modern twist to ensure your Haldi or Mehendi doesn't look like everyone else's. Whether you want a quiet garden setup or a full-blown carnival, we are here to make it happen.
