## About Grand Stages: Receptions & Engagements

When choosing a stage design, consider your venue's lighting and ceiling height. Whether you prefer a lush floral backdrop or a sleek architectural look, we ensure the structural dimensions and floral density complement your venue’s layout so the staging looks proportionate in every photo.

### Crafting Your Focal Point
A wedding stage design needs to do more than just look pretty. It needs to frame the couple, handle the intensity of wedding photography lighting, and hold its own in a grand ballroom or an outdoor lawn. We focus on balancing the structural elements—like our custom trusses and backdrops—with the softer, organic details of fresh flowers and draping.

### Our Approach to Stage Decor
Our process starts by analyzing the venue. If we are setting up in a banquet hall, we lean into contemporary lighting and mirror panels to add depth to the room. For outdoor engagements, we often incorporate natural elements, utilizing greenery walls, pampas grass, or traditional floral arches that blend with the surroundings.

We specialize in:
* **Floral Installations:** From dense, monochromatic white flower walls to vibrant, multi-layered botanical arrangements.
* **Modern Lighting:** Using sharpies, moving heads, and LED par cans to create a cinematic atmosphere rather than just washing the stage with light.
* **Architectural Elements:** Incorporating 3D panels, geometric frames, and custom neon signage that makes for a perfect backdrop for reception photos.

### Planning Your Setup
* **Engagement Backdrops:** We create smaller, intimate setups that are perfect for rings ceremonies, often featuring your monogram or a custom neon sign.
* **Reception Grandeur:** For main receptions, we move towards larger, statement-making floral sculptures and grand entrances that set the mood the moment guests walk in.
* **Travel:** While based in Pune, we frequently travel across India for large-scale wedding projects, ensuring that our logistics and installation team can replicate our signature style anywhere.

Whether you need a minimalist white-on-white setup or an opulent, floral-heavy reception stage, we work closely with you to ensure the decor aligns with your vision and budget.
