By using existing features like banyan trees or garden spaces, we hang florals and lighting to create an immersive, airy atmosphere that feels personal and distinct. It is a departure from heavy, artificial structures, bringing a soft, poetic touch to your ceremony. This approach works best for outdoor venues where the environment itself sets the mood. Instead of traditional heavy wooden frames, we look for natural architecture. This might be a sprawling banyan tree, a quiet garden patch, or open lawn corners. We then layer the space with sensory details that ground the event in tradition. Our team uses fresh marigold and tuberose garlands to create vertical textures. We intersperse these with vintage brass lanterns and warm LED fairy lights, which catch the evening light beautifully. For daytime functions, we prefer clean, minimalist floral rings and tassels that sway naturally with the breeze. Beyond aesthetics, there is a logistical side to this work. We always conduct a site visit to understand the branch structure, the angle of the sun for daytime events, and the power requirements for your lighting. This allows us to ensure the decor is not only beautiful but also safe and perfectly positioned for your guest flow. Whether you are planning a relaxed haldi ceremony, an intimate sangeet, or a traditional vidhi, this rustic style creates a candid, welcoming vibe. It is perfect for clients who want their celebration to feel less staged and more connected to the outdoors. If you have a favorite tree or corner at your venue, let us know during our consultation, and we can start planning how to frame it. ## About Parshwa Events We are Parshwa Events, and we believe your venue's natural features are our best design partners.
