Whether you need a precise vanity cutout for a compact powder room or a standalone pedestal sink for a statement piece, I help you finalize the dimensions and finish first to ensure it fits your plumbing layout perfectly before we start the pour. When you choose a sink from me, you are getting something that feels solid and intentional. My work starts with a conversation about what you actually need in your space, not a catalog of pre-made options. ### Why Concrete and Terrazzo? I often hear people ask if terrazzo is too porous for a bathroom. The answer comes down to the sealing process. Every sink I create goes through a multi-layer waterproofing treatment. I use high-performance impregnating sealers that resist water absorption, oil, and soap stains. It is not just about the look; it is about longevity. ### The Process Everything is made from scratch. When you pick your mix, you choose from different stone aggregates, marble chips, or recycled glass. We create the mold specifically for your project, cast the concrete, and then the grinding begins. I spend hours on the finish—polishing it to a high-grit smoothness that feels soft to the touch, or leaving it matte if that suits your interior better. ### Customization Options - **Sink Type:** Table-top vessels, integrated units, or pedestal styles. - **Aggregates:** Indian marble, granite, or vibrant recycled glass specs. - **Edges:** Square, beveled, or bullnose to suit your vanity design. If you have a specific color in mind or want to incorporate brass inlays to match your bathroom fixtures, let me know. I build these pieces to stay, so I want them to fit your vision exactly. ## About Parman Designs I'm Manuj.
