I measure movement at your center of mass, not your shoes or shins, because this gives a more accurate assessment of how your entire body absorbs and handles load.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/59cf439c-8dc9-435e-862d-cf46936108fd)
- ![The first metric I analyze is Impact Loading. This isn't just about how hard you hit the ground, but also how effectively your muscles absorb that force. A longer impact duration means your body is managing the load correctly, reducing stress on your joints.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/f5653657-0f19-4578-961f-7a8b7b786efb)
- ![The second key metric is Dynamic Stability. Any energy spent on side-to-side movement is wasted energy that could be used for forward propulsion. - ![Essential number four is Targeted Strength. Speed comes from your posterior chain: the glutes, hamstrings, and calves. - ![The Mileage Rule for shoes is simple: the midsole cushioning, which you can't see, typically fails after 400-500 miles (about 700-800 km). ## About For Runners: Injury-Free Performance

It is not just about how many miles you log, but how your body absorbs the impact. I use 3D gait analysis to identify your weakest link, whether it is a hip imbalance or poor cadence, so we can adjust your form before it turns into a stress fracture.

### The Science Behind Injury-Free Running

Most running injuries, such as shin splints, runner's knee, or Achilles tendinitis, are not bad luck. They are usually the result of repetitive strain caused by subtle imbalances in your biomechanics. My approach at Enkinetik Performance Clinic is to replace guesswork with objective data.

**What My Performance Program Covers:**

1. **3D Gait Analysis:** Using Runeasi wearable sensors, I measure how your body absorbs load. We look at three critical metrics: Impact Loading, Dynamic Stability, and Symmetry. If one leg is carrying more force than the other, your body will eventually pay the price.
2. **Strategic Speed Building:** Want to run faster? Stop running hard every single day. I teach you the 80/20 rule, where 80 percent of your runs are easy, and the importance of the 10 percent rule to safely increase your weekly mileage without causing overuse issues.
3. **Pre-Run Priming:** You cannot start a hard run with sleepy muscles. I show you how to mobilize your calves, activate your posterior chain, and check your cadence to ensure you are not overstriding and braking with every step.
4. **The Shoe Audit:** Even the best running shoes fail after 700 to 800 kilometers. I help you spot the compression wrinkles or sole wear that signal your shoes are no longer protecting your joints, which can often be the hidden source of your discomfort.

Whether you are preparing for your first marathon or managing chronic pain, my goal is to give you a clear, actionable plan that keeps you moving safely.
