## About Running Gait Analysis & Performance Coaching

### Why I Do This

I see too many runners stuck in a cycle of injuries or just not getting faster, no matter how hard they push. My approach is all about training smarter, not just harder. I look for the real reason behind your pain or plateau, whether it’s a weak hip causing shin pain or a small imbalance you never noticed.

### Who I Work With

- Beginners who want to start right, not pick up bad habits
- Intermediate runners (10k/21k) chasing better times and smoother runs
- Athletes prepping for marathons, triathlons, or HYROX
- Runners with nagging injuries like shin splints or knee pain
- Anyone who feels stuck and wants to break through a plateau

### What Happens in a Session

I use a 3D running gait assessment with high-tech sensors (not just a phone video) to spot things like:
- Left-right leg imbalances
- How your body absorbs impact
- Any wobbly, energy-wasting movements

You get a simple ‘Running Report Card’ that shows your biggest weak spot and what to fix first.

### How I Help You Improve

- Real-time running form correction with live feedback
- Personalized running technique coaching to tweak things like cadence and stride
- Strength training for runners, focusing on single-leg work and the muscles that matter most
- Plyometrics to build power and keep injuries at bay

My goal is to help you run longer, safer, and with more confidence. No shortcuts, just a smarter way to get better.

### My story

We are Enkinetik Performance Clinic, started by a tennis player turned sports physio. Our team lives and breathes running - you’ll spot us at marathons, local runs, even working with world para athletes. We love sharing what we learn, whether it’s with Nike trainers or folks just starting out. For us, it’s about more than fixing injuries - we believe in balance, enjoying life, and celebrating every step, both on and off the track.

### My work

- **What We Do**: Sports injury management, running injury assessment, (p)rehab, ACL rehab, post-menopause strength training, and 3D gait analysis for runners.
- **Root Cause, Not Just Symptoms**: We look at the whole body, not just where it hurts. A stiff hip or weak core? We’ll find what’s really going on.
- **Smart Running, Not Just Hard**: We use structured training like the 10% rule and 80/20 rule to help you avoid overuse injuries and run stronger.
- **Safe Return to Sport**: ACL rehabilitation program is step-by-step, never rushed. We focus on strength, movement, and long-term recovery.
- **Tech Tools for Better Running**: Our 3D gait analysis for runners uses real data to build plans that make you faster and keep you pain-free.
