I design patterns like V-shapes or pyramids that make 20 people look perfectly synchronized, even if some of them have never danced before. It takes the pressure off the individual and makes the whole stage look solid, so you can just focus on smiling and having a good time. For me, dance is a language, not a test. Whether I am teaching a corporate team or a big family sangeet group, my rule is simple: if you can walk, you can dance. I focus on creating routines that fit the rhythm of the song without needing hours of drilling. At Studio SEVEN in Andheri West, we run workshops that are less about perfection and more about expression. We break down complex movements into simple, repeatable patterns that anyone can catch on to quickly. This is crucial for weddings, where you want the bride, groom, and every uncle and auntie to join in without feeling awkward. For corporate events, it is about bonding. I design choreography that encourages interaction between colleagues, using props and simple formation changes to keep energy levels high. I have traveled across India for these gigs, from school functions to destination weddings, and the goal remains the same. If you are worried about your team or family not being 'dancers,' don't stress. We will find the vibe that works for you, add some swag, and make sure the stage looks electric.
