You train on the same platform as National and State champions. We do not do social gyming. We do heavy singles, competition peaking, and manual spotting for 1RMs. If you are serious about stepping onto a competition platform, the environment here will pull the best out of you. Training in this group is not for everyone. It is for those who treat powerlifting as a lifestyle, not a hobby. Whether you are aiming for Raw or Equipped lifting, the philosophy remains the same: hard work, technique, and no excuses. We train at the Powerlifting Studio in Najafgarh, a space where national-level athletes gather to push their limits. You will find men, women, and para-powerlifters all working toward the same goal, which is standing on the podium. Why join? Because environment matters. When you are lifting heavy, you need spotters who understand the stakes. We provide professional manual knee wrapping, competition-style rack setups, and the brotherhood of athletes who have actually won at the National level.
