For our festival routines, we spend weeks refining the nuances that you do not always need for social dancing, like synchronizing our breathing, sharp facial expressions, and stage formations that hold up under bright lights. It is this extra layer of polish that really separates our performance work from the casual energy of our socials. When we take our choreography to festivals like Afro Sekita or the Goa International Dance Congress (GIDC), the intensity changes. It is not just about dancing well, it is about telling a story as a unified team. We focus heavily on formations, transitions, and the technical precision of our Mambo and Salsa On2 footwork. **What goes into our stage performance:** * **Choreography and Technique:** Our routines are designed to push the boundaries of what our dancers think they can do, blending intricate styling with high-energy movement. * **Stage Presence:** We train on projection and showmanship, ensuring that every dancer feels confident and expressive even when the lights are blinding. * **Uniformity:** From costume coordination to the way we hold our arms, we practice for hours to ensure that as a team, we move as one. This level of commitment is why we view ourselves as a dance family. We struggle through the long, sweaty rehearsal sessions together, which makes those moments on the red carpet feel truly earned. If you have been dancing in Level 3 or 4 classes and are ready to stop just practicing and start performing, our team is the place to do it. ## About Palladium Dance Company Hi, I'm Ranjani.
