We organize everything from group logistics to sharing workshop takeaways, ensuring everyone from our first-timers to our performance team feels included and supported during these multi-day festivals like GIDC. When we head out as a group for festivals like the Goa International Dance Congress (GIDC), the goal is to bridge the gap between classroom practice and real-world application. For many of our students, stepping out of the familiar Bangalore studio environment into a national event can be daunting. We change that by traveling as a tight-knit unit. ### What Our Festival Trips Include * **Immersive Learning:** We attend workshops hosted by international artists, bringing back refined techniques in Salsa On2, Mambo, and Bachata that we then integrate into our Bangalore studio curriculum. * **Social Connection:** Beyond the workshops, these events are about the parties. We make sure our community stays together, building friendships that outlast the dance floor. * **Logistical Support:** We coordinate travel and stay so you can focus on the music and the movement, not the planning. Whether you are looking to level up your spin drills or simply want to experience the energy of a massive social dance event, joining us on tour is the fastest way to feel like a part of the national Latin dance family. ## About Palladium Dance Company I’m Ranjani, and for me, Palladium is all about the community we’ve built right here in Bangalore. When we pack our bags for national festivals, it’s just an extension of the same vibe we have at our local socials—supportive, loud, and full of rhythm. Come join the family.
