Our coaches, including Technical Director Balachandran T R and international experts like Isna Sakti, apply a consistent methodology across all our centers. You are not just learning shots; you are learning how to play with the strategy, deception, and the same discipline that defined Prakash sir's own career. ### The Padukone Coaching Philosophy We do not believe in generic instruction. Every session at our academies, from Bengaluru to Surat and Jaipur, is built on the foundation of Prakash Padukone’s technical style. Our curriculum prioritizes proactivity, teaching you to take ownership of your game rather than just reacting to the shuttle. ### Our Mentorship Structure - **Technical Direction:** Under the guidance of Balachandran T R, who brings over 30 years of experience in training Olympians, our coaching staff receives regular training to ensure uniform quality across all locations. - **High-Performance Insights:** Our team includes international coaches like Isna Sakti, who bring global training methodologies from Indonesia and beyond to our Elite Pro programs. - **Head Coach Mentorship:** Coaches like Aditya Prakash ensure that whether you are in a beginner batch or a pro-performance group, the core values of grit and technical precision remain constant. ### Why Our Approach Works We combine tradition with technology. While our coaches focus on human-to-human mentorship, we use AI-powered assessments to give you unbiased feedback on your footwork and technique. This data-driven approach removes the guesswork, allowing our trainers to fix flaws faster and help you reach your potential. When you join us, you are not just signing up for a class; you are stepping onto the court with a team that is genuinely invested in your journey from rookie to champion. ## About Padukone School of Badminton We carry the legacy of Prakash Padukone onto the court every day. Our coaches are more than just instructors; they are mentors who live and breathe the sport, ensuring you receive the same level of discipline and technical excellence that produced India's finest champions.
