I keep the flame low and stir constantly in a heavy-bottomed kadhai to ensure there is zero raw flour taste. That is what gives these laddus that distinct, sandy ‘danedar’ texture instead of being a dense ball of flour. Because I make these fresh to order in my kitchen, you won't find that stale, mass-produced taste here. Making them the right way takes patience. It starts with high-quality gram flour, which I roast in pure desi ghee until the color turns that perfect golden brown. I use traditional boora sugar, which adds a light crunch that regular refined sugar just cannot match. Every laddu is hand-rolled right here in my kitchen, and I finish it off with a cashew nut for that final touch. ### Why these are different * **Pure Ghee Only:** I never use vegetable oils or vanaspati.
