We use specialized adhesives that ensure the balloons hold their shape throughout your event without damaging your walls or surfaces. Whether you are hosting a birthday party or a grand corporate opening, the entrance sets the tone for the entire event. We specialize in two main types of structures to fit different budgets and venue constraints. ### Types of Balloon Structures * **Ring Backdrops:** Ideal for smaller indoor spaces or cake tables, our 6x6ft circular metal frames create a focal point. We layer these with organic style balloon garlands in your chosen color palette. This structure is versatile and works well for baby showers, room surprises, and small birthday milestones. * **Grand Entrances & Gates:** For outdoor venues or larger halls, we construct full balloon archways. These are built using columns of balloons that span the width of your entrance, often incorporating foil balloons like fish or stars for themed events such as 'Under the Sea' or 'Jungle Safari'. ### The Setup Process When you book an arch or ring setup, our team handles the transport and assembly. For our Ring Backdrop packages, the props (metal ring, table, marquee numbers) are on a rental basis and are collected either the same night or the following day. We source high-quality latex balloons to ensure a full, vibrant look that lasts for the duration of your party. If you are opting for a custom theme, we can integrate character cutouts and neon signage into the arch to create a cohesive look. We manage the logistics of the setup in Gurgaon, Delhi, and Lucknow, so you can arrive at a ready-to-go venue. ## About P. Party Planner We are the P. Party Planner team.
