Our team arrives 1.5 to 2 hours before your scheduled arrival to manage the backdrop installation, balloon garland styling, and cake table arrangement, ensuring the space is ready the moment you walk through the door. ### Our Setup Process Whether you need a simple balloon arch or a full custom backdrop, we focus on making the space look right for your newborn. When you book a Welcome Home setup, our team in Gurgaon, Delhi, and Lucknow manages the heavy lifting. We bring the metal frames, balloon kits, and neon signage, and we handle all teardown once the celebration concludes. ### Customization Options We understand that welcome decor needs to be specific. We offer options to include the baby’s name on custom panels, select color themes that match your home interior, and add personalized milestone boards. If you need photography or activity setups like a bubble house included for a larger gathering, we can add those to your package. ### Packages and Coverage We provide services across the National Capital Region and Lucknow. We categorize our work into clear tiers based on the scale of the setup: * **Ring Arch & Neon:** Ideal for smaller home spaces, includes a 6x6 ft frame and 200+ balloons. * **Themed Flex & Cutouts:** A larger 8x8 ft backdrop for family photos with character themes or personalized prints. * **Premium Shimmer Wall:** A high-end setup using sequin panels and chrome balloons for a distinct look. Everything is itemized, from the number of balloons to the LED lighting, so you know exactly what you are paying for. ## About P. Party Planner We are the P.
