For Halloween, our studio transformed into a spooktacular playground where kids enjoyed festive games and activities in their favorite costumes. We keep children aged 7 to 15 engaged with specific themes, like our Halloween workouts, that mix agility ladders, cones, and Bollywood dance steps into a 60-minute session that feels more like a celebration than a class. Our approach to kids fitness moves away from boring drills. We focus on energy expenditure and motor skill development, structured as a game to ensure kids actually enjoy the process. Each 60-minute session follows a consistent structure: - 10 minutes of warm-up to get the energy flowing. - 20 minutes of agility drills using ladders and cones to improve coordination. - 25 minutes of Bollywood choreography or dance fitness. - 5 to 10 minutes of cool-down stretching. We conduct these sessions in our central air-conditioned studio, which features shock-absorbing wooden laminate flooring and floor-to-ceiling mirrors. It is a safe, monitored environment where children can be active while you finish your own training session. Please note that these activities are exclusive to our members' children, aged 7 to 15. We offer both drop-in sessions for ₹249 to ₹399 and a 4-session Sunday activity pack for ₹999 to ₹1499. The Sunday pack provides guaranteed slot booking and progressive activity levels, including our popular seasonal themed events like our Halloween workouts and festive celebrations. ## About Ozone We have spent 7 years building a tribe in Model Town that celebrates movement.
