We skip the ghee and refined flour entirely, which means you are actually tasting the richness of the California almonds and Peshawari pistachios rather than just sugar. It is light, clean, and exactly what you reach for when you want a treat that does not weigh you down. ### Why Ghee-Free Matters We do not just swap ingredients; we change the entire approach to sweet-making. By removing ghee and maida, we rely on the natural, healthy oils of roasted nuts to hold the texture. This results in a mithai that is mild, nutty, and feels fresh, not cloying. It is the perfect balance for those who love tradition but want a lighter experience. ### The Chocolate Difference If you are more of a chocolate fan, our pralines offer a different kind of depth. We use single-origin Belgian couverture, which provides that distinct snap and complex cocoa profile you do not find in mass-produced sweets. Whether it is a salted caramel ganache or a hazelnut praline, every piece is molded and decorated by hand. ### Quality You Can Taste - **Small Batches:** Nothing sits on a shelf. We craft our sweets and chocolates in small quantities to ensure they reach you as fresh as possible. - **Pure Ingredients:** No artificial colours, no preservatives, and no fake flavours. We let the quality of our ingredients—like Californian nuts and Belgian cocoa—do the talking. - **Travel-Ready:** Our boxes are designed to be sturdy and secure. Whether you are sending a gift across Mumbai or shipping it to a loved one further away, your order stays intact. We believe in making moments special through thoughtful ingredients. Whether you are picking a box of dry fruit mithai for a festive occasion or a curated selection of pralines for a random Tuesday, we ensure it feels like a genuine treat. ## About OvenFresh We have been part of Mumbai’s celebrations since 1993, making sure every bite counts. Whether it is a box of our signature ghee-free mithai or our Belgian pralines, we pour the same love into every small batch we handcraft.
