Whether we are styling a corporate lobby for partners at Mukund MGM Realty or helping a homeowner like Divya Rai refresh her living space, we focus on understanding your specific needs and constraints first. That is exactly why our clients often tell us we feel like family by the time we finish the project. Our approach to landscaping and home styling is built on one core belief: customization is everything. We know that every balcony, terrace, and living room in Mangalore has a different exposure to sunlight, wind, and space. That is why we do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. ### Why our clients choose us * **The Personal Touch:** As a husband-and-wife team, we are personally involved in every site visit and design consultation. We listen to your vision and adapt our plant and planter recommendations to match your existing interior decor. * **Architect-Approved Precision:** We work closely with industry professionals, like architect Chetan from Planz Unlimited, who value our openness to new ideas and our ability to handle complex site constraints. * **Consistent After-Care:** Many of our relationships, like the one with Mukund MGM Realty, have lasted for years. We do not just install and leave; we provide ongoing support, from pest control and pruning to troubleshooting, ensuring your green space stays healthy long after the initial setup. * **Local Expertise:** We know the Mangaluru climate, which means we help you select hardy, beginner-friendly varieties like Snake Plants or ZZ plants that are guaranteed to thrive in local conditions. Whether you are a first-time gardener looking for your first indoor plant or a business owner wanting to transform your commercial property, we are here to help you get started with zero tension. Let’s sit down, look at your space, and plan something beautiful together. ## About Our Balcony Garden We are Prajwal and Poornima Shetty, founders of Our Balcony Garden.
