Our Rasmalai cakes use real cardamom-soaked sponge layered with fresh cream and cottage cheese chunks, while our Kunafa tubs balance that crispy, roasted vermicelli texture with a rich, creamy filling. Whether you are craving a mini Bento size or a full cake for a celebration, everything is handmade in our Delhi kitchens, with plenty of eggless options available. We have spent 25 years mastering the classics, but these signature fusion bakes are where we really get to play. When we introduced our Kunafa cake, we wanted to bring that Middle Eastern crunch to a Delhi dessert table without losing the creamy comfort everyone loves. It is not just a trend—it is a texture game. We roast the vermicelli until it is perfectly golden, then layer it with our secret cream cheese filling. ### How We Approach Fusion It is all about balance. If you pick the Rasmalai cake, it is not just a flavor profile; it is actual ras-soaked sponge. We believe in keeping the ingredients recognizable and fresh. ### Convenience & Gifting We pack these in individual tubs or Bento boxes so you can grab a quick fix without needing to order a massive cake for yourself. They make excellent gifts, and since we operate out of Rajouri Garden, Model Town, and Noida, we can get these to your doorstep quickly. ### Pro Tip for Enjoyment For the best texture, eat the Kunafa tubs fresh while that vermicelli layer is still perfectly crisp. If you are ordering for an event, let us know if you need the eggless versions—we keep those just as tasty as our standard bakes so that absolutely no one misses out. ## About OTIK Cake Shop We are two sisters running a 25-year-old kitchen, and we still treat every single order like we are baking for our own family. We wanted to make sure you never have to settle for 'just a cake'—our fusion range is our way of adding a little bit of magic to your daily chai breaks or big celebrations.
