For our fruit-based cakes, we prioritize seasonal sourcing, using fresh pieces rather than artificial syrups, so you get an authentic flavor profile in every slice. Whether you are planning a birthday, an anniversary, or just need a sweet fix, our range of classic cakes is designed to hit the right notes. For our chocolate lovers, we use high-quality cocoa to create deep, indulgent layers of ganache and moist sponge, perfect for those who prefer intensity. On the other hand, our fresh fruit range, including our mango series, celebrates the natural sweetness of the season. We ensure that our fresh fruit cakes feature hand-cut fruit pieces and house-made compotes, keeping the dessert light and refreshing. All our cakes are available in standard sizes or bento options, and we offer eggless variations across our Delhi, Rajouri Garden, Model Town, and Noida locations. If you have a specific flavor combination in mind or need a cake for a special date, our team helps you select the perfect size and style. ## About OTIK Cake Shop We are two sisters who turned a passion for baking into a 25-year journey.
