Every one of our 20+ signature flavors can be crafted eggless without compromising that soft, moist texture you expect, because a beautiful cake that doesn't taste great simply isn't finished. At OTIK, we believe a cake is only as good as its ingredients. For two and a half decades, our kitchen has balanced the art of the perfect sponge with the science of flavor. If you are a chocolate devotee, our Nutella hazelnut drip cakes or the intense Ferrero Rocher creations are perennial favorites. For those who prefer lighter notes, our seasonal mango drip cakes and fresh blueberry layers offer that burst of natural fruit flavor that is hard to beat. We also love experimenting with fusion. Our Kunafa cake is a reflection of that—marrying the crispy, buttery texture of Middle Eastern pastry with the soft, cream-rich profile of our standard cake base. Whether it is a standard celebration or a custom request, we ensure every element, from the whipped cream to the ganache, is balanced for taste. We deliver across Delhi NCR from our outlets in Model Town, Rajouri Garden, and Noida, ensuring your cake arrives as fresh as it left our ovens. ## About OTIK Cake Shop We are a women-led team that has been baking in Delhi for over 25 years. For us, a cake is not just a dessert; it is the centerpiece of your family moments, and we pour that same care into every layer we frost.
