Whether it is a 6ft balloon ring or a boho pampas grass backdrop, I arrive 60 to 90 minutes before your surprise to ensure every petal and fairy light is perfectly in place. We specialize in creating those 'filmy' moments at home. If you are planning a proposal or a surprise anniversary date, we bring the vibe. For boho lovers, our teepee tent setups with fairy lights and pampas grass are a popular choice. If you want something dramatic, our 6ft metallic ring backdrops paired with neon signs like 'Will You Marry Me' or 'Better Together' are perfect for photo opportunities. Here is how we keep it simple for you: * **Quality Materials:** We use high-quality latex balloons, LED candles, and fresh rose petals for that classic romantic touch. Our balloon garlands are air-filled and secured with special tape to keep them looking full. * **Requirements:** Most of our premium setups need a power point within 5 to 10 meters for the neon signs and fairy lights. * **Practical Details:** Please book at least 48 hours in advance so we can source the best materials for your theme. While we handle the heavy lifting and styling, cleanup of the tape and petals is the client's responsibility after the celebration. Whether you are hosting at a restaurant or in your living room, we tailor the decor to fit your space. Just tell us your idea, and we will make it happen. ## About OTB Event We are OTB Event, and we live for the masti and the smiles that come with a great celebration.
