We know a birthday is more than just a cake. Whether you want a classic pink-themed room for a toddler or a sleek black-and-silver setup for a milestone 25th, we make it happen. Our packages range from standard bedroom makeovers with ceiling balloons and fresh rose petals to premium setups featuring 6ft circular metal backdrops and marquee numbers. We’re all about the details that make a room feel like a movie scene. We bring the balloons, the fairy lights, the LED candles, and the custom signage. You don't have to manage anything—we arrive, we set up the decor, and we ensure everything looks picture-perfect. Our team takes about 45 to 90 minutes for most setups, so we can work while you’re out of the house to keep the surprise intact. Since we’re based right here in Gurgaon, we know the local vibe. Whether it's a home setup or a party at a rented space, we cover NCR. Just let us know your theme and the vibe you're going for, and we’ll handle the rest. ## About OTB Event We're OTB Event, a team of decorators who love turning homes into party spots.
