I typically use high-density organic balloon garlands that are secured firmly so they don't shift during the party. Whether it's a jungle theme with animal cutouts or a soft pastel butterfly look, I plan the spacing so you get the perfect backdrop for those milestone photos without cluttering your main room. ### How We Plan Your Little One's Day A first birthday isn't just a party—it’s a celebration of a huge year. When I set up for these, I prioritize creating a space that feels festive but remains safe for the baby. **The Process:** * **Theme Selection:** We start by picking a theme. Whether it's a 'Jungle' vibe with green, gold, and animal foils, or a 'Little Sunshine' setup with yellows and daisies, the theme drives the balloon color palette. * **Placement:** I use marquee light-up numbers to anchor the space. These are great for photos. I ensure the backdrops are placed in the area with the best natural light or the main focus point of your home. * **Safety First:** I use air-filled balloons, not helium, for floor scatters to avoid potential hazards. Everything is taped or weighted securely. **Packages at a Glance:** * **Standard Flex & Balloon:** Perfect for a 6x6 ft area. This includes a custom-printed flex backdrop with your baby's name, which you can keep as a souvenir. * **Premium Ring Setup:** This is our most requested setup. A 6-7ft circular frame with a neon sign, high-density balloon garland, and chrome accents. It looks very premium in photos. **Frequently Asked Questions** * **Can you set up in a small apartment?** Absolutely. My room decor packages are designed for standard Gurgaon apartments. I don't need a massive hall to make it look special. * **How long does setup take?** Usually 45 to 60 minutes. I arrive, set everything up, and leave before your guests start arriving so you have zero stress. * **Do you provide the neon signs?** Yes, I carry 'Happy Birthday' and other generic signs for all premium setups. ## About OTB Event Hey, we are OTB Events.
