It is a controlled environment where we can push your boundaries safely. - **Home Physiotherapy:** If travel is difficult, I bring the clinic to you. Serving across Central and West Delhi, I transport necessary equipment to your home to work on real-life challenges—like getting out of bed, moving from a chair to a wheelchair, or navigating stairs. We teach caregivers safe handling techniques so that the progress continues even when I am not there. ### Common Questions **What if I have balance issues?** We incorporate specific balance retraining, using agility ladders and cones to help retrain your body’s spatial awareness, which is essential for fall prevention. **Is therapy painful?** Healing should be comfortable. While recovery requires effort, we avoid painful, aggressive maneuvers.
