My foundation is a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Delhi, but six years of active practice is where the real learning happens. I have treated thousands of patients, ranging from sports injuries on the field to delicate post-op recovery in clinic settings. My clinic in New Rajinder Nagar is not a cold hospital ward; it is a focused, welcoming space designed specifically for movement and rehabilitation. While we use clinical machinery like IFT and treadmills, the core of my practice is manual therapy.
